Turnin’ 3 Productions is proud to announce our First Annual Barrel Race. This high energy, entertaining competition will be held at the
Beauregard Parish Civic Center in DeRidder, LA on August 7, 8, 9, 2009. The barrel racing competition will attract professional, amateur,
novice and youth barrel racers from the state of Louisiana and Texas.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to be a part of this exceptional event. Sponsorship with Turnin’ 3 Productions provides a great
marketing prospect for your company. In addition to the exciting barrel racing performances, there will be a large spectator presence.
This is a great chance for your company to gain a positive association with an entertaining athletic event that promotes youth participation
and co-ed competition. The event will attract an estimated 100 - 300 spectators over the course of the event.

2010 Rebel Dasher Challenge Sponsorship
__ Class Sponsor - $1000.00 - This includes onsite display booth for company sales opportunity. Sponsor will be mentioned at frequent
intervals throughout the event and will be listed on the Turnin’ 3 Productions website with a link back to your website. Sponsor will be
supplied banner space in the arena where all the action takes place, banner must be received by July 15, 2010.
__ Barrel Sponsor - $150.00 - Your company name/ logo will be displayed on all three (3) 55 gallon drums used in the barrel racing
competition throughout the 3 day event. These drums will appear in photographs, local news and on the Turnin’ 3 Productions website.
Must commit by July 15, 2010.
__ Banner Space Sponsor - $50.00 - Your company can hang a banner in the arena throughout the three day event. You must provide
your banner by July 15, 2010.
__ Promotional Sponsor - Your company may provide promotional material and items to be distributed to all contestants and/or
spectators throughout the three day event. Donation of your company product to be used as prizes for the winners of the competition or
merchandise to be included in the contestants entry packets is required. We will need at least five prizes from each promotional sponsor.
__ Vendor Space - $100 - Your company may set up a booth during the three day event.
__ Equine Services - $75 - Your company may set up a booth during the three day event by the warm up pen.
